Longwood Gardens - April II

Longwood Gardens - April I

May in a nutshell...

Well, this month is flying by like crazy! It is hard to believe it is almost over. I have been keeping quite busy as you have probably guessed since I have not been blogging. This week ends my school year of teaching and next week I will be on to my summer schedule. So far, I have six students signed up with the possibility of two more. It will be nice to have a lighter teaching schedule, although I will be putting more time in for my dad.

The first Tuesday in May was the Spring Recital for my students. That went very well. Someone told me it was the best recital the school has ever had. I thank the Lord for giving me the opportunity of teaching this past year and give Him the glory! I definitely couldn't have done without Him.

My nephew is up and about and is doing very well. We thank the Lord for bringing him through that trial without any complications. Two Sundays ago he was baptized. He has a tender heart for the Lord and I pray that he stays that way as he grows. He is a dear boy!

The beginning of this month my cousin was married. I was also able to spend the day with my college roommate who unfortunately had to up and move to the north pole practically. Maybe she can try out for one of Santa's elves. :) It was great to see her since I don't know how many years it will be before I am able to see her again!

My brother arrived home from college late Saturday night. It is good to have him back but it sure isn't as quiet around here. :) Now onto wedding & baby shower plans, and whatever else the summer brings...

Hope everyone out there has a wonderful summer!
