I am way over due for a new post, as someone has been pressuring me. :) The last couple of months, my life has been filled up with completing my last semester of college. I have been learning lots from student teaching and the couple of classes I am taking. Right now, I am busy with the preparations for our senior recital coming up in three weeks. For the most part, this semester seems to be flying by! (Although the last week was a little rough.) Graduation will be here before I know it. I am looking forward to seeing several dear friends who will be coming for graduation including the missionaries with whom I did my internship.
Besides school, I have been busy with weddings (3 within the last two weeks) and teaching my kids at church. I absolutely love teaching my girls! They are always full of life and energy. :)
It is amazing how the Lord brings a message or devotional into our lives at just the right times. Today at dean sesssion the devotion was just what I needed. I am thankful that the Lord uses His Word in our lives and that He is with us through every trying circumstance.
To answer anyone's question, at this point I do not have any real plans after graduation. My parents want me to spend the next 6 months or so after graduation trying to deal with some more health issues. Beyond that, I am praying for the Lord's direction and guidance. I have several ideas in the back of my mind, but at this point I am just praying about them and waiting on the Lord.
"But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil. And we have confidence in the Lord touching you, that ye both do and will do the things which we command you. And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ."
II Thessalonians 2:3-5
