Darlene Diebler Rose

I came across this site tonight while surfing the web. I thought some of you girls might like to check it out:

For those of you who have never read Darlene's book, Evidence Not Seen, you are greatly missing out. This is one of my favorite missionary biographies. I think it is especially interesting being written from a woman's perspective. Very challenging and inspiring!

That is so cool. Thanks! Oh, and I will pray for you as you teach!

I loved the book too, and it was very encouraging. It was so good she hid God's word in her heart because that is what she relied on and that is what helped keep her sanity. I bought mine from keepers of the faith.

Julia,
I am reading that book right now for Biography of Great Missionaries! And I love it so far. It makes me want to go to New Guinea. It was good to see you and TALK to you today!

I love that book. I have a dvd of her giving her testimony. Tremendous. Did you know she went to work with the Australian Aboriginals for a time?

Where did you get the dvd? I have been wanting to get it. I saw her testimony on video a number of years ago, but we borrowed the tapes. I did not realize that she worked with the Aboriginals. That is very interesting.
